The registration fees for the e-Forum 2024 are as follows:

  • Members of the EUROPARC Federation: 50€
  • Non-Members: 80€

If you are a member of EUROPARC’s Council, a EUROPARC Section staff member or if you have any doubts regarding the e-Forum, please contact us before submitting your registration.

Are you ready to register?

Before registering, please make sure you bear in mind the following information:

Membership ID: If you register as a EUROPARC Member, you will be prompted to enter you Membership ID. Please have this information by hand – you can get it from the latest EUROPARC membership invoice sent to you/ your institution.

Payment: Registrations to the e-Forum must be done entirely online. You can pay through PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Discussion Hubs: During registrations, you will be requested to select two Discussion Hubs  of your preference – we will try to allocate participants to the first choice and, when workshops are full, to the second choice. Please check the different Discussion Hubs options before registering.

Speakers’ Corner: During registrations, you will be prompted to request a slot to present at the Speakers’ Corner:

  • Only select this option if you plan to present in the Speakers’ Corner – in this case, you will receive a link to an online form through which you can provide the whole information about your presentation.
  • All registered participants will be able to join the Speakers’ Corner as attendees, regardless if you apply for a Speakers’ Corner slot during registrations.

Cancellation Policy

Changes can always happen. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Until 15 October 2024: 50% refund;
  • From 15 October 2024 onwards: 0% refund.
